Custom and import tax
Please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on the contents and value of your order, discount/store credit or any special promotion will not be included on the export tax document, please make sure to control the total of your order without the discount to calculate potential import tax.
Depending on the country you are living in custom agencies can also add extra tax for the shipping at the delivery.
We at The Boulder Planet Shop aim to offer the best shipping rates available. The shipping rate displayed on the customs documents that are packed with your order influences the total value of your order and may influence the total import tax or duties that apply to your order. We suggest checking with your local customs office customer service for more details on the local rules in your country.
We have no control over any customs charges you may incur, so we can’t advise you on how much they might be. Subsequently, we are unable to reimburse you for any customs fees or import taxes you are subject to, whatever the circumstances. If your order is subject to duty payments, you should be sent instructions, along with the amount you are required to pay, from the relevant customs office. The shipping time given does not include any layover or delay caused by customs processing.
