Shipping policy

Our delivery service is fast and reliable.

All of our products are prepared and shipped from our two main warehouses: Boulder Planet Showroom and Boulder Planet Sembawang.

Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are prepared by our warehouse team from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be prepared on the following Monday.

For Orders within Singapore:

• $5.50 Flat Rate Delivery
  (1 – 3 business days after being handed over to the courier)
• In-store Pickup at:
  Boulder Planet Sembawang (Usually ready in 2 - 4 days)
  Boulder Planet Showroom (Usually ready in 2 hours)
• Free Shipping on Orders Above $150

For International Orders:

We now ship to most countries worldwide using a wide network of trusted and cost effective shipping couriers and SingPost (Coming Soon). Shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
